The Facebook page of the Howie Weinberg Mastering Studio in Los Angeles, California has been updated with a photo (see below) of VAN HALEN guitarist Eddie Van Halen's visit to the facility last week, fueling speculation that the meeting had something to with the "secret" project that VAN HALEN singer David Lee Roth revealed the band was working on.

Howie mastered VAN HALEN's most recent album, 2012's "A Different Kind Of Truth", which sold 187,000 copies in the United States in its first week of release to land at position No. 2 on The Billboard 200 chart.

The CD was the band's first full-length offering with David Lee Roth since "1984" was released in January 1984.
