usicarchy Media is extremely proud to announce the signing of Swedish alt rock/metal band Animan. Formerly known as Backwater, the band recently changed into Animan to celebrate a new beginning with the signing and official release of "The Unholy."

Animan is led by long time friends, vocalists and guitar players Thomas Kihlberg and Björn Wennerborg, and the project itself is a two-man-show.

Debut album "The Unholy" was produced in collaboration with the mastermind sound guru and friend Thomas ”Plec” Johansson (final mix and master) and will be released on October 21st via Musicarchy Media. The cover art and tracklist can be seen below.

Björn Wennerborg commented on the signing: “The time is now for Animan. We’ve worked so hard on The Unholy and can’t wait to bring it to as many people as possible. Some things in life are just to good to give up and let go. This band is a living proof and a result of that philosophy. We’re really happy to announce the signing with Musicarchy Media and can’t wait to take The Unholy on the road!”
