Alterbeast is preparing to record the follow-up to 2014's "Immortal" album, with the band issuing this update today:

"We know you're tired of hearing about the election. So we figured now was a good time to let you know we will be entering Sharkbite Studios/Castle Ultimate on the 20th to begin drum tracking for our next record.

"Alex Bent (Battlecross/Arkaik) will be shredding the kit and Zack Ohren (Cattle Decap/Decrepit Birth) will be engineering. Alterbeast will rise from our grave in 2017. See ya soon."
